Colt 3 Smoke Generator

The Colt 3 Smoke Generator is compact, handheld, easy to use and extremely robust. Once the unit has been heated up, the heat exchanger enables it to produce large amounts of smoke 'off power', allowing the operator to carry it from room to room without using an electrical lead.

Colt 3 is used to produce quick-dispersing smoke effects for indoor shoots. The smoke is water-based and non toxic.

The Colt 3 is better suited to applications where a smoke effect is required, but the effect needs to be of short duration. The resulting smoke from the Colt 3 is thicker, whiter but will disperse in just a few minutes.

All Colts use a one-piece aluminium canister that contains the smoke chemical and inert propellant gas required to make smoke. The canisters automatically re-seal after use, so they can be used time and time again until exhausted.
